There is no charge for Fellows In Training/Residents to register for the conference. A letter is required from the director of your program.

FIT Travel Grant Application

2023 Annual Meeting
October 20-22, 2023 ● Farmington, PA

The Conference Directors invite Fellows-in-Training in accredited training programs in North America to submit an application for a Travel Grant to attend its 2023 Annual Meeting. Only four abstracts will be selected. If chosen to present you will have an opportunity to present your research on an international stage. To apply for a Travel Grant, please complete and submit this application.

Travel Grants are awarded as follows:

1. If an abstract is accepted for presentation and the Fellow-in-Training is the author presenting the work, he/she will receive one complementary night of accommodations ($700 value) and reimbursement for travel expenses up to $300. You are welcome to stay for the entire conference but will be responsible for the room the other nights.

2. If an abstract is submitted, but not accepted for presentation, the Fellow-in-Training can still attend the conference with waived registration fees.

We request that you…

1. Attend social programs and scientific meeting sessions while in attendance. Although you are welcome to attend the entire conference.

2. Register online for the meeting so that we can prepare a registration packet and badge for you.

3. Make your own travel and hotel reservations.

Deadline for receipt of application: September 3rd, 2023

An incomplete application will not be processed.

* Applicant must be a Fellow-in-Training in an approved training program in Allergy and Immunology or Pulmonology in North America.
